Q-2, r. 28 - Ministerial Order concerning the fees payable under the Environment Quality Act
Section 8.1
Disposition versions
8.1. The fees for an application for renewal, without modifications, of an authorization referred to in section 8 are as follows:
(1) for a water withdrawal referred to in one of subparagraphs a to c of paragraph 1 of section 31.75 of the Act or in section 5 of the Water Withdrawal and Protection Regulation (chapter Q-2, r. 35.2) and with a maximum flow rate of less than 75,000 litres per day: $701;
(2) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 75,000 litres but less than 379,000 litres per day: $1,051;
(3) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 379,000 litres per day: $1,815.
However, where the application for renewal contains modifications to the conditions of operation of a water withdrawal to which section 30 of the Act applies, the fees set out in the first paragraph of section 8 are payable.
8.1. The fees for an application for renewal, without modifications, of an authorization referred to in section 8 are as follows:
(1) for a water withdrawal referred to in one of subparagraphs a to c of paragraph 1 of section 31.75 of the Act or in section 5 of the Water Withdrawal and Protection Regulation (chapter Q-2, r. 35.2) and with a maximum flow rate of less than 75,000 litres per day: $694;
(2) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 75,000 litres but less than 379,000 litres per day: $1,040;
(3) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 379,000 litres per day: $1,796.
However, where the application for renewal contains modifications to the conditions of operation of a water withdrawal to which section 30 of the Act applies, the fees set out in the first paragraph of section 8 are payable.

However, where the application for renewal contains modifications to the conditions of operation of a water withdrawal, the fees set out in the first paragraph of section 8 are payable.

(1) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate of less than 75,000 litres per day: $666;
(2) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 75,000 litres but less than 379,000 litres per day: $998;
(3) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 379,000 litres per day: $1,724.
However, where the application for renewal contains modifications to the conditions of operation of a water withdrawal, the fees set out in the first paragraph of section 8 are payable.
8.1. The fees for an application for renewal, without modifications, of an authorization referred to in section 8 are as follows:
(1) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate of less than 75,000 litres per day: $656;
(2) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 75,000 litres but less than 379,000 litres per day: $983;
(3) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 379,000 litres per day: $1,699.
However, where the application for renewal contains modifications to the conditions of operation of a water withdrawal, the fees set out in the first paragraph of section 8 are payable.
8.1. The fees for an application for renewal, without modifications, of an authorization referred to in section 8 are as follows:
(1) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate of less than 75,000 litres per day: $570;
(2) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 75,000 litres but less than 379,000 litres per day: $855;
(3) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 379,000 litres per day: $1,477.
However, where the application for renewal contains modifications to the conditions of operation of a water withdrawal, the fees set out in the first paragraph of section 8 are payable.
8.1. The fees for an application for renewal, without modifications, of an authorization referred to in section 8 are as follows:
(1) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate of less than 75,000 litres per day: $563;
(2) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 75,000 litres but less than 379,000 litres per day: $844;
(3) for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 379,000 litres per day: $1,458.
However, where the application for renewal contains modifications to the conditions of operation of a water withdrawal, the fees set out in the first paragraph of section 8 are payable.
